Turnaround Time

Baby gifts (monogrammed onsies, fancy pants - diaper covers and burpcloths) are shipped within 3-4 business days. Please let us know if you need it faster and we can try to accomodate special one-time requests.

Custom Clothing are created just for your child. Please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery.when ordering online. (4-5 weeks for creation and 1 week for shipping). If you need it rushed, please notify us of when you need it, and if possible we will accomodate special requests.

Monogrammed Long Sleeve and Short Sleeve white shirts, with or without pompoms, (the perfect personalized birthday present) are available with a 4 day turnaround time when ordered separately.

Fabric Care

100% Cottons are machine washable with cool water and can be tumbled dry on low. A light iron if needed can be used.

Poly Cotton Blends are machine washable with cool water and can be tumbled dry on low. A light iron if needed can be used. Poly Cotton blends may be damaged by a hot iron - PLEASE take care.

We do NOT recommend ironing directly over ribbons or other fancy trims, iron from the reverse, or place a clean cloth over top of the ribbon.

As with any fine garment, our prefered method of care is a gentle machine wash, and hanging the garment to dry. This will prolong the life of the garment so that it may be passed on from child to child over the years!

Most fabrics are NOT preshrunk, so please expect some shrinkage, especially of 100% cotton fabrics.

Return Policy

Manufacturing defects are returnable with 10 business days of receipt. If during that time you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact info@kikicollection.com with a detailed description of the product and then return the product to

Our garments are well-made, and we stand behind the quality of the workmanship. However, kids will be kids, and garments may be damaged or stained through play.

Returns are made in the form of an exchange or store credit. This will be issued upon receipt of the item. Any damages that are not reported within 10 business days will become the customer's responsibility. Please contact us with any questions or for clarification.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all personalization information is correct. Refunds/replacements will NOT be given for customer errors in monogramming.

All monogram information should be entered in the order First Name Initial, Middle Name Initial and Last Name Initial. The Kiki Collection will order them correctly to match the customer's chosen monogram orientation. If we fail to order them correctly, we will of course be happy to correct our mistake! Please read over your order carefully prior to submitting it - your garment is created just for you!

Supporting local talent is one of our aims! All custom made clothing is produced by hand in Virginia just for you! Many of the fabrics are made in the USA, however, we do purchase the best fabric we can (such as our featherwale corduroy imported from England.)

This excludes some of our cotton interlock products. We strive to find the best - from wherever they are made. (However, they are still monogrammed and appliqued here!)
